People & organization aims to foster a workplace where employees can develop, collaborate, and apply their talents. The department is engaged at every stage of the employee lifecycle – from talent acquisition to leadership growth and organisational change.
This area includes teams such as Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Talent Development, and Internal Communication. Working closely with the business, they ensure a solid connection between staff and the organisation, emphasising well-being, development, and results.
Within People & Organization, we collaborate across an international HR network where knowledge is shared and colleagues motivate each other. Through ongoing learning and innovation, we are creating an organisation where people enjoy working and want to remain.
How Julia's internship turned into a career
Julia joined Ewals Cargo Care as a master's intern, researching for the Ewals Academy. From day one, she felt truly supported — “It really made me feel like everyone wanted me to succeed.”
