In February 2025, I joined Ewals Cargo Care (ECC) as an Intern at the Ewals Academy. And since then, it’s been an amazing time.

From intern to opportunity

My internship focused on doing research for Ewals Academy regarding my master thesis. The support and welcoming atmosphere has been great since day one. "It really made me feel like everyone wanted me to succeed and I instantly felt connected to the company." Thanks to the management I was able to gather an immense amount of data and my schedule really worked with my university work. I loved it here so much, and as I got an offer, I even decided to stay as a Junior Learning & Development Specialist, which jumpstarted my career!

More than a workplace

It might at first seem like just another corporation, but ECC is so much more than that. You really feel like a part of the team, and you want to help it succeed. I genuinely couldn’t feel prouder of saying that I work for such a great organisation. (I even try to spot our trucks on the road and take photos to show my family and friends.)
