Internship turned into a Career

In February 2025, I joined Ewals Cargo Care as an Intern at the Ewals Academy. And since then, it’s been an amazing time.

My internship focused on doing research for Ewals Academy regarding my master thesis. The support and welcoming atmosphere has been great since day one. "It really made me feel like everyone wanted me to succeed and I instantly felt connected to the company." Thanks to the management I was able to gather an immense amount of data and my schedule really worked with my university work. I loved it here so much, and as I got an offer, I even decided to stay as a Junior Learning & Development Specialist, which jumpstarted my career!

It might at first seem like just another corporation, but Ewals is so much more than that. You really feel like a part of the team and you want to help it succeed. I genuinely couldn’t feel more proud of saying that I work for such a great organization (I even always try to spot our trucks on the road and take photos to show my family and friends ).
