Young Professional Programme

As part of our broader talent development strategy, we offer the Young Professional Programme (YPP) - a unique initiative designed for employees who have already gained several years of experience within our organisation and are ready to broaden their horizons.

Since its launch at 2006, this two-year talent development programme has supported young professionals in various ways. It offers opportunities to gain deeper insights into their field, expand their international network, and strengthen cultural sensitivity.

Each year, six employees join the program. They come from different regions and disciplines, with diverse cultural backgrounds—together reflecting the rich diversity of our organisation.

Participants are encouraged to challenge each other, share insights, and co-create ideas that contribute to the future of our company. Many of these ideas have been successfully implemented in our daily work. This is a great example of how Ewals Cargo Care brings innovation and continuous development to life.
