New team members receive comprehensive onboarding, including practical training at workshops and planning departments.
What is Fleetcontrol about?
Fleet Control is responsible for the technical management of our trailers—both our own and those of certified customers across Europe. The team ensures the fleet remains fully operational by efficiently organising maintenance, damage repairs, roadside assistance, and regular inspections. They work closely with workshops, manufacturers, and planning departments to minimise disruptions and maximise availability.
Colleagues in Fleet Control have strong technical knowledge of trailers and make independent decisions on the best approach for damage, defects, or maintenance. They evaluate situations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and consider quality, cost, and turnaround time. Their decisions are supported by data, hands-on experience, and a dependable network of trusted partners.
New team members undertake a comprehensive onboarding programme, including practical training at workshops and planning departments. This helps you quickly learn how to manage cases from start to finish and collaborate effectively within our European network.
