1. Trailer manual
You will receive a trailer manual, your go-to guide for essential information, including work procedures and instructions for using our equipment. The trailer manual is available in seven languages.
2. Driver Instruction Video’s
In addition to the manual, all content is available in video format. Truck driver instruction videos allow you to learn at your own pace and convenience. The videos are in English with subtitles in seven different languages.
3. Live training
Hands-on practice with our trailer equipment, guided by a driver trainer. The training uses various tools, including a load securing kit, a full-size training trailer, a virtual reality trailer, and a scale model.
4. Driver knowledge test
To help you feel fully prepared, completing the Driver Knowledge Test (DKT) is essential. This open-book test is supported by one of our driver trainers, your success is our priority.
5. Mentor driver
We understand that every driver brings a unique set of experiences and skills. That is why we have a mentorship program available that can be offered in consultation and based on the individual needs.
6. Follow-up
You’ll always have access to current, relevant information to help you perform at your best.
To support this, we offer:
- Annual Driver Knowledge Test reviews to keep your skills sharp.
- Regular audits at train and harbour terminals, using the same criteria as our mentor drivers.
- Onsite support from our Mobile Quality Team, who help identify opportunities for improvement and drive quality forward.
