With a team of roughly sixty colleagues, we handle processes, data, and applications daily. Our work has a clear and tangible impact, benefiting both our colleagues and the wider community. For example, process optimisation that reduces CO₂ emissions is a win on many levels. 

While every BPM role includes a technical aspect, not all positions require extensive IT knowledge. It's important to understand how the system functions, and IT professionals should be able to oversee the entire process management scope. We value open communication and shared responsibility, as strong collaboration leads to effective solutions. Each improvement we make advances us all because we progress together.
